Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be pleased with our shopping experience here at Little Fox Fashions! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Used items cannot be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
To start a return, please contact us at littlefoxfashion@aol.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the return/exchange. You can view the return instructions on how and where to send your package below. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA number will not be accepted.

Include a copy of your packing slip with a note about how you would like to proceed, return, store credit, exchange (color, size, etc) If you don't have the packing slip just include a note with the email address you used to pay, the RMA number and the return/exchange info.

The items must be returned in their original packaging. If returning shoes, please cover the original shoe box with a protective covering, envelope, etc. Shoes returned without protective covering over the shoe box will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. If your items were shipped without a box, please package it in a packaging that will not damage the product.

Please put your RMA number on the return label of your package (lower left corner if possible).

May be returned (unless specifically noted otherwise) if postmarked within 14 days of receipt for your choice of refund, in-store credit or exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your refund or store credit.

If you are exchanging an item, please make a hold request on the new item you want when emailing for your RMA number. We will try our best to hold items that you request for exchange, but please understand that sometimes items may sell out before we are able to process the request. You will be notified by email if this would happen. Once we receive your exchange item back, you will be sent an invoice for the cost of shipping charges on the new item we are sending.
Layaway Orders:
- May be returned (unless specifically noted otherwise) if postmarked within 14 days of receipt for store credit only.
- If you cancel a layaway order before it ships, initial deposit and any other payments made will be issued in the form of store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit on your return. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your store credit.

If you cancel a preorder or special order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and store credit will be issued for the remaining payment.

Due to the nature of these items, once presonalized or altered to your specific measurements, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to check all sizing and information provided before confirming your purchase. If we have made a mistake on our end we will gladly work out a solution to the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Clearance Items marked Final Sale CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to making your purchase.
Hairbows, hair accessories, hats, face coverings or other personal items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will gladly accept defective products or fulfillment mistakes within 7 days of receipt.

Remedies to the situation will be handled on a case by case basis.

Shipping charges related to these situations will be covered by Little Fox Fashions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (approved RMA number sent), make a separate purchase for the new item and we will refund the original purchase once it is returned. If you do not wish to make a separate purchase, we can hold items if we have them in stock at your request and ship once your original item arrives back to us. We will contact you upon receipt of your item with an invoice request for the shipping amount required to mail the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
